Refund policy

We hope you love your goods from Charles Orchard. If, for some reason you need to make a return of an unsuitable item please contact us at luli@charlesorchard.com.

Condition To be eligible for a return or exchange your goods must be in the same condition that you received them in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Customers are required to pay for the return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back. We, therefore suggest you use a tracked service with insurance.  Goods must be returned within 14-days from receipt to our office.

Bespoke and sale items Unfortunately, bespoke and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at luli@charlesorchard.com and we can assist, and as with returned goods must be returned within 14-days from receipt to our office in original packaging at your own expense as above tracked and insured.

Damages

On the rare occasion that there is a problem with an item, please do not hesitate to let us know immediately at luli@charlesorchard.com If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the return is due to a fault from our side, then we will pay for the return shipping.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. We are unable to refund any orders that are returned to us damaged. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process or post the refund to you.
